If your patients are currently on or about to begin using <b>cutaquig<\/b>, our Co-Pay Assistance Program can offer savings up to $12,500 per calendar year, on out-of-pocket costs associated with your therapy.<\/p>\n<h2>How Do Patients Enroll?<\/h2>\n<p>It&rsquo;s simple to enroll your patients into the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program. Here&rsquo;s how it works:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check that your patient meets the eligibility requirements for co-pay assistance, which can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/cutaquig.octapharma.medmonk.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cutaquig Provider Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If so, fill your patient&rsquo;s prescription and submit your co-pay claim using this designation &ndash; BIN: 016664, PCN: MEDMONK, and Cardholder ID: MEDMONK. This will automatically start the process to enroll your patient in the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program.<\/li>\n<li>Once you process your claim for co-pay assistance, your patient will receive a secure link via text message to review and provide the consent for co-pay assistance. <\/li>\n<li>Patients will be enrolled in the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program upon submission of the first claim. There&rsquo;s nothing more for your patients to do!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information, call the IgCares Support Center at 1-833-382-7686.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cutaquig.octapharma.medmonk.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to get started<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>About Co-Pay Assistance and Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Your patient must currently be using cutaquig from Octapharma, or have a prescription to begin therapy\n<ul>\n<li>Your patient must have a commercial insurance plan<\/li>\n<li>Patients with Medicare, Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DOD, Tricare or other federal or state government insurance are not eligible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Co-pay assistance may only be applied to co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance that may be associated with the cost of cutaquig from Octapharma\n<ul>\n<li>The Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program does not cover costs associated with administration of therapy, such as office visits, infusion costs, or other professional services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>More Help When You or Your Patients Need It<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to answering your patients&rsquo; questions about co-pay assistance and eligibility and conducting benefits investigations on their behalf, the IgCares Support Center offers you and your office staff expert advice about reimbursement matters impacting patient access to treatment costs &ndash; individual claims processing reviews, assistance in appeals, and gaining approvals for prior authorizations for treatment.
